Suzanne Pleshette

 

Suzanne Pleshette, born January 31, 1937, passed away on January 19, 2008. She was an American actress, voice, TV, and film director. Pleshette began her career as a theatre actress. She was in films during the 1950s in the latter half of the decade. Then, Pleshette was a prominent actor in movies such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (633) and Spirited Away (12001). Pleshette has also been featured in numerous television productions, often as guest performers. Pleshette was nominated for several Emmy Awards for her role in the role of Emily Hartley, on The Bob Newhart from 1972 to 1978.
